Our 140 employees in the injection moulding plant have at
their disposal 40 modern injection moulding machines in the capacity
range from 350 kN to 13,000 kN on which they will work for you around
the clock in the manufacture of all types of thermoplastic components.

An experienced and well-trained team of specialists operates our state-of-the-art
injection moulding machines, drying facilities and handling equipment,
with regular technology updates being implemented in order to ensure
that we are able to supply our customers with the best plastics component
quality at all times.
The entire production process is subject to a strict quality management
system incorporating a three-stage quality assurance regime including
process data monitoring of all the machines, documentation and archiving
of all process-relevant data.
A product planning system, warehouse management system and a graphics
control centre all work together within an integrated network to ensure
operational smoothness and the on-schedule completion of all our customer-placed
orders.
We process all thermoplastics apart from PVC.
